Embark on a magical adventure to discover the Forgotten Giants—huge, friendly wooden sculptures hidden in forests, meadows, and fields just outside Copenhagen! Danish artist Thomas Dambo created these playful giants from recycled wood, designed to inspire curiosity, imagination, and a love for nature.

Like a real-life treasure hunt, we’ll search for these gentle giants in the Danish countryside, following clues and exploring scenic trails along the way. Each stop brings a new surprise as we meet these towering wooden friends, hear their stories, and maybe even climb on some of them! Kids (and grown-ups!) will love getting up close with the giants, snapping fun photos, and enjoying the fresh air.

But what’s an adventure without a treat? Along the way, we’ll take a break for some delicious Fika, a cosy Danish tradition of enjoying coffee, juice, and a sweet pastry. Or, if the sun is shining, we’ll stop for ice cream at a local favourite—because exploring is even better with something yummy in hand!

As we head back to Copenhagen, we’ll have not only discovered the Forgotten Giants but also spent a day full of fun, fresh air, and unforgettable memories. A perfect day out for families, young explorers, and anyone who loves a little adventure! Who’s ready to go giant hunting?
